2026 Seminar: A Pivotal Meeting to Prepare for the Future

A seminar focused on cohesion, exchange, and a shared vision.

From January 12 to 15, 2026, the sales and management teams of PENTA Electrical Safety Products gathered in Annecy for our beginning-of-year seminar. Set between the lake waters and the snowy peaks of Haute-Savoie, this event was a prime opportunity to strengthen our international cohesion and chart the course for 2026.

Strategic Vision 

The seminar opened with a presentation by Grégoire Croullet, Business Unit Director, who provided a very positive review of 2025. This highlight marked the successful conclusion of the CAP2025 plan and, most importantly, officially launched our new priorities for CAP2030.

The schedule was driven by essential strategic presentations:

• Innovation & Acquisition: The introduction of our new acquisitions, MADE and Preising, alongside new Marketing and Communication directions.
• Technical Expertise: With over 70 technical presentations and workshops, our sales teams honed their skills to better support our clients and partners.
• Sharing Success: A review led by each of our commercial zones highlighted the year's achievements.

Between Challenge and Savoyard Tradition 

Because team spirit is the engine of our success, this seminar concluded with our traditional team building, this year themed: the Snow Challenge.

On the agenda: biathlon, igloo building, avalanche transceiver (DVA) search, and human curling! The most daring participants also tried their hand at paret sledding—a traditional Savoyard sled—before gathering for a comforting dinner in a chalet featuring local specialties.

A successful meeting that confirms the strength of our collective is our greatest asset to meet the challenges of 2026!
