Designed to offer optimum protection and unrivalled comfort, VISARC is the first electrician's helmet with on-board electronics. Its ergonomic face shield eliminates image distortion, reducing eye fatigue and enabling prolonged use.
Featuring patented aeronautical technology, the screen offers total protection against fogging and scratches, guaranteeing clear vision in all circumstances.
The VISARC's many variations, adapted to different levels of electrical protection, can include new features to guarantee even greater safety. For example, a headlamp, an electric field detection alarm, or an integrated shield for arc-flash protection of the chin and sides of the face.
Customization and maximum safety : Visarc variations
VISARC stands out for its customizability, enabling electricians to choose the configuration that best suits their needs. The 3 helmet versions correspond to 3 levels of arc protection : APC1 "Arc protection class 1" (4kA), APC2 (7kA) with ATPV 12 cal/cm², and APC2 (7kA) with ATPV 25 cal/cm². Protection level APC2 includes a retractable shield that complements the face shield.
The electronic modules are always combined with a headlamp, to which can be added an auxiliary battery with red LEDs on the rear, and a personal electric field detection alarm.
The LEDs on the rear of the headlamp allow you to be seen when the headlamp is switched on, or to signal the approach of an electric field in flashing mode to other operators on the same electrical site. All these new features make VISARC an indispensable and innovative piece of personal protective equipment for your electrical work.
French manufacturing and a new production site
In keeping with its commitment to innovation and excellence, PENTA has invested in a new 400 m² production site in France, dedicated exclusively to the manufacture of the VISARC helmet. This ultra-modern site includes facilities for injection, assembly and a test laboratory.
The helmet shell is injected on a new-generation 350-ton press, guaranteeing lightness, durability and impact resistance thanks to the use of high-tech thermoplastic polymers. The test laboratory is equipped to test the helmet after packaging and for the main normative tests. These include impact, penetration, flame and chinstrap tear tests, guaranteeing the reliability and safety of the final product all year round.
